Q:

What are your typical lead times?

A:

There are several factors which make our lead-times fluctuate: current production levels, quantities and time of year.

 

Since we can hold product for clients and coordinate the production and shipping based on their schedule, it always best to give us as much time as possible. Generally speaking, our lead-time will fluctuate between 12-16 weeks. Some orders can be fulfilled in as few as 10 weeks whereas others may take up to 18. Be sure to check with your local sales rep or project administrator prior to placing an order.

 

Depending on the type of product you’re ordering, here are our standard lead-times:

 

 

Q:

Is there a minimum order requirement for COM & COL?

A:

Due to the nature of creating a custom order, we do require a minimum of 50 pieces for anything in COM or COL.

 

In addition, we will need you to submit at least one 8” x 8” memo sample of your COM or COL to your Project Administrator with a couple pieces of information:

-The project name

-The intended product for approval

 

The approval process won’t take longer than three weeks.

 

Q:

What are your payment terms?

A:

We require a 50% deposit upon placing the order and the remaining 50% balance will be due prior to shipment.

 

Q:

What methods of payment do you accept?

A:

You can pay by check, credit card or wire transfer.

-We accept all major credit cards and will apply a 3% administration fee on all credit transactions.

Do I need to set up an account with you to place an order?

A:

Nope! As long as your purchasing for a commercial project, you’re all set. Tick that box and you’re ready to contact a sales representative to get the ball rolling.

Can I buy something for my home?

A:

We do not sell residential furnishings.
