Do you work with hospitality designers and purchasing firms?
Yes. Our products are regularly specified by design firms and purchasing agents. We provide cut sheets, spec sheets, finish samples and shop drawings for custom products, and on request we supply 3D models (IFC, compatible with Revit) and 2D CAD drawings (DXF, compatible with AutoCAD). Tell your rep which items you’re specifying and we’ll send the files over.
Can furniture be customized to match our brand?
Most products offer multiple wood stains, metal finishes, fabrics and leathers, and accept COM/COL.

Can you furnish every outlet on our property?
Yes. Designform is a full-service furniture supplier, and we can furnish every outlet on your property, from the lobby and restaurant to the bar, pool deck and rooftop. Working with one manufacturer keeps quality, finishes and lead times consistent across the project and gives you a single point of contact.
Can you build custom furniture to our specifications?
Yes. Send us your full project specifications, and we’ll review them and let you know which custom pieces we can provide. Our current catalog includes more than 900 products, and over nearly 20 years we’ve built thousands more, so even if you don’t see exactly what you need, there’s a good chance we’ve built something similar.
Does your upholstered furniture meet fire codes?
Yes. Our upholstered products, including foam and upholstery materials, meet California Technical Bulletin 117-2013 (CAL TB 117-2013), the flammability standard for upholstered furniture. If your project or local fire code requires additional testing or documentation, ask your Designform rep before ordering.
What are your lead times?
Quick Ship items that are pre-finished, assembled and available only as shown can ship in as soon as 2–3 days of order and payment. Quick Ship items with a choice of stain or upholstery options usually take 2–6 weeks, depending on the product; if you have a rush project, let us know and we’ll see what we can do. Custom orders typically take 14–20 weeks, and many custom products can be rushed and delivered in 8–10 weeks. If you need something sooner, ask your Designform rep and we’ll see whether we can meet your timeline.
Can I get samples?
Yes. We can send finish swatches so you can see wood stains, metal finishes and upholstery in person, and most chairs and stools are available through our Sample Loan Program for a sit test. Projects of 10 or more pieces receive up to two complimentary seating samples, with shipping covered both ways; for smaller projects, shipping and any sample charges are the client’s responsibility. Samples are a 60-day loan with a credit card authorization on file, and loan samples may show light cosmetic wear from previous use. Contact your Designform rep to request samples.
What’s your warranty?
All Designform products are commercially rated. Finishes and upholstery are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the shipment date, and the structural integrity of the frame is covered for 3 years. Coverage assumes normal commercial use and regular maintenance, including keeping bolts and hardware tight. If a product is defective, send written notice and photos within 30 days of noticing the issue and we’ll repair or replace it. See full warranty terms.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. We deliver to projects worldwide, including throughout Canada. Quick Ship items are available to Canadian customers too, though crossing the border may add a few days to transit time.
How do I get pricing?
Contact your local Designform sales rep, or a project manager or project administrator in our office, for quotes, samples and lead times. We sell wholesale for commercial projects, to businesses, designers, purchasing firms and anyone furnishing a commercial space, but not for residential or personal use.
