Poly-Molded All-Weather Collection

The Poly-Molded All-Weather Collection is our answer to the patio chair that has to survive being left outside. Each chair is a single molded polypropylene shell — no joints to loosen, no fasteners to rust, no finish to chip — with the color pigment carried through the material rather than sprayed onto it. Scuff one and the color underneath is the same color. Every frame is tested to hold up to 400 lbs and carries a 3-year structural warranty.

The ten styles

The collection comprises Aire, Ribbon, Cove, Cala, Avalon, Menton, Flip, Tandem, Cara (a black-frame arm chair with light slats) and Marian (a black chair with vertical slats). Between them they cover everything from a clean side chair for a food hall to a slatted arm chair that reads as a designed piece on a rooftop terrace.

Why poly-molded, specifically

• UV-resistant and rated for year-round outdoor use. These chairs are made to stay outside through a season, not to be carried in every night.
• One piece. Nothing to retighten. The most common commercial chair failure — a loosening seat-to-leg joint — simply does not exist here.
• Fast to clean. Hose them down. No upholstery to mildew, no wood to re-seal, no powder coat to touch up.
• Stackable. Staff can clear a patio before a storm or at close, and stack for winter storage.
• Light. Easy for one person to reset a patio — which also means pairing them with weighted or bolt-down table bases on exposed rooftops.

Where these go

Poolside and pool-deck dining at hotels and resorts, brewery beer gardens, winery terraces, food courts, fast casual patios, sidewalk cafes, campus and corporate outdoor dining, and any patio where the seating is unattended overnight.

Indoors too

Nothing about a poly chair restricts it to a patio. The same shells work well in high-turn indoor rooms — food halls, cafeterias, casual counter-service dining — where the priority is a chair that wipes clean in one pass and does not need maintenance. Using the same chair inside and out also makes a patio read as an extension of the room rather than an afterthought.

Colors and combinations

Styles are available in a range of solid colors, and several are offered as a contrasting frame with lighter slats, which is how you get a designed look without introducing upholstery to an outdoor space. Request physical samples through your rep — molded color reads differently in sunlight than on a screen, and the difference matters on a patio.

Standard production runs 14–20 weeks, with rush to 8–10 weeks available on many items. Stocked styles ship in 2–3 business days. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. We ship worldwide.
