Commercial Restaurant and Hospitality Furniture

Designform Furnishings designs and supplies commercial furniture for restaurants, bars, hotels, casinos, clubs, campuses and senior living. The catalog holds more than 900 products: restaurant chairs, bar and counter stools, lounge chairs and sofas, table bases and table tops. Since 2007 Designform has completed more than 15,000 projects for over 5,000 clients worldwide.

Built for commercial use

Wood frames use mortise-and-tenon joinery with very few bolted connections, and metal frames are welded, so they stay tight in heavy daily use. Our hardwoods are American walnut, American white oak, American ash and European beech, finished in leathers, faux leathers and fabrics from around the world. Every Designform frame is tested to hold 400 lbs and checked internally against ANSI/BIFMA standards, foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013, and frames carry a 3-year structural warranty (1 year on finish and upholstery).

How ordering works

Designform sells to businesses, designers and purchasing firms for commercial projects, mostly through local sales reps. Find your rep or request a quote. Quick Ship items ship in 2–3 days; custom orders take 14–20 weeks, with many rushed to 8–10. Minimum order is typically four pieces, and seating arrives fully assembled. Designers can download Revit and SketchUp files for many models, and we can prepare a 3D model or rendering of any product on request.
