Baressa Lounge Chair

The Baressa Lounge Chair is a compact barrel-style lounge chair with a fully upholstered, rounded body set on a slim metal base. The back curves continuously into the arms, wrapping the sitter in a soft, enclosed shape that feels both intimate and polished.

A generous 26" x 22.5" seat and enveloping back make it comfortable for long conversations, while its tidy footprint lets you group several in a lobby or lounge without crowding. Covered in a rich leather, the Baressa adds warmth to a steakhouse lounge or a lodge-style lobby. In fabric it becomes a softer accent for hotel rooms and suites.

Built for commercial use

The steel frame and base are welded, not bolted. The chair is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and the foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment. Each lounge chair comes standard with heavy-duty nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Finishes and upholstery

Leather (Leather Option A): a wide range of standard, deluxe and premium leathers, from classic neutrals to distressed and saturated tones.

Faux leather (Faux Leather Option B): standard and deluxe faux leathers in a broad palette of neutrals, browns, greens and blues.

Fabric (Fabric Option A): a large selection of commercial fabrics and tweeds, many rated from 72,000 to 130,000 double rubs.

COM/COL: customer's own material or leather is accepted (minimums apply), and we will provide the yardage.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request.
