Encore Stool (stitched and tufted)

The Encore Stool is a plush, supper-club style bar stool with a confident, tailored look. A deep upholstered seat is wrapped by a curved bucket back, finished with button tufting or an optional stitched pattern, and it sits on a welded steel seat base above four tapered solid wood legs. A round footrest ring and metal ferrules complete the base, available in black or brushed brass for anything from a moody all-black look to a warm, polished accent.

An optional swivel seat makes it easy for guests to turn toward conversation or the game, and the bucket back offers real support for long evenings at the bar. The Encore is available in bar and counter heights, coordinates with the Encore Chair, and is part of our Steakhouse collection.

Built for commercial use

The Encore combines a welded steel seat base with solid wood legs. When the swivel is specified, it is an auto-return swivel that brings the seat back to position. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. The stool ships fully assembled from the factory and is covered by our 3-year frame structural warranty and 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment. Each stool comes standard with heavy-duty nail-on nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet. It also comes standard with a stainless steel foot rest cover, available as an option in brushed brass or black brass.

Finishes and upholstery

Wood legs (Wood Option B): North American ash, European beech, black painted ash (open pore), beechwood with walnut stain, ashwood with light or dark walnut stain, American white oak and American walnut.

Metal: black or brushed brass seat base, footrest and ferrules.

Leather (Leather Option A): a wide range of standard, deluxe and premium leathers, including distressed premium hides in rich browns, greens and reds.

Faux leather (Faux Leather Option B): standard and deluxe faux leathers, from classic black, white and tan to vintage, pebbled and glazed finishes.

Fabric (Fabric Option A): a broad palette of standard and performance fabrics, many rated from 72,000 to 130,000 double rubs. COM is accepted.

For commercial use we recommend specifying upholstery rated 75,000–100,000 double rubs. COM and COL are accepted, and we will provide the yardage for your material. Our upholstery double rubs guide explains what to look for.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample stools are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
