The Lucera Stool with Wood Base (Tufted) sets the soft, wrapping Lucera shell on a solid wood frame for a warmer take on the design. The upholstered back curves around the sitter and flares slightly at the top, and button tufting gives it a quilted, tailored surface. Four tapered wood legs splay gently outward and are tied together by a wood footrest, with an optional brushed brass foot rest cover for a touch of shine where shoes meet the frame.
Its 17.5" x 17.75" seat and supportive back make it comfortable for long stays at the bar or counter. Available at bar and counter heights and in stitched or tufted versions, it coordinates with the Lucera Chair Stitched and the metal-base Lucera pieces. Build it in American walnut, white oak, ash or beech and upholster it in leather, faux leather or fabric.
The solid wood frame uses mortise-and-tenon joinery with very few bolted connections, so it stays solid under daily use. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is covered by a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment. Each stool comes standard with heavy-duty nail-on nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet. It also comes standard with a stainless steel foot rest cover, available as an option in brushed brass or black brass.
