The Bensen Stool brings the sweeping low back of the Bensen Chair up to bar and counter height. The rear legs rise and curve into a wraparound top rail that supports the lower back without blocking the view across the bar, and long tapered solid wood legs give the stool a tall, elegant stance. A padded upholstered seat keeps guests comfortable through a long evening.
A brushed stainless foot rest cover protects the front stretcher where shoes land most, a practical detail that also adds a crisp line of metal against the wood. Available in bar and counter heights, in our American walnut, white oak, ash and European beech finishes, with leather, faux leather or fabric seats. Pair it with the Bensen Chair or the Bensen Chair with Cord Seat for a coordinated room.
The Bensen Stool is built from solid wood with mortise-and-tenon joinery and very few bolted connections. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is backed by a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment.
