Isabella Stool

The Isabella Stool brings the library-chair character of the Isabella Chair up to bar and counter height. Crossed, X-shaped legs form each side of the solid wood frame, a wide, flat rail creates the low back, and a woven cane seat adds natural texture. Low stretchers tie the frame together and give guests a place to rest their feet.

Offered in both bar and counter heights, it lets you carry one look from the dining room to the bar. The cane seat and warm wood finishes, from oiled teak to natural ash, oak and walnut, give hotel bars, wine bars, cafes and restaurant counters a relaxed, handcrafted feel. Pair it with the Isabella Chair or the Isabella Chair with Upholstered Seat for a coordinated scheme throughout the space.

Built for commercial use

Wood should not be used outdoors, so plan the Isabella for indoor and covered spaces. The solid wood frame is joined with mortise-and-tenon construction and very few bolted connections, so it stays tight through years of daily service. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is backed by a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty from shipment. Each stool comes standard with heavy-duty nail-on nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample stools are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
