The Standard Stool is a classic backless bar and counter stool with a solid wood frame and a cushioned upholstered seat. Four slightly splayed legs rise to a round padded seat, and they are joined by stretchers, with the front footrest covered in brushed stainless steel to take the scuffs of daily use. It is simple, sturdy and timeless, the kind of stool that looks right at almost any bar.
The footrest cover also comes in brushed brass or black brass for a warmer, more upscale finish, and the seat can be upholstered in leather, faux leather, fabric or your own material. Its backless design tucks fully under a bar or counter, which helps keep aisles clear. It comes in bar and counter heights and is part of our Steakhouse Collection.
The Standard Stool has a solid wood frame built with mortise-and-tenon joinery and very few bolted connections. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and the foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is backed by a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment. Each stool comes standard with heavy-duty nail-on nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet. It also comes standard with a stainless steel foot rest cover, available as an option in brushed brass or black brass.
