The Alessa Stool is a swivel pedestal stool with a polished, cocktail-lounge presence. A round upholstered seat turns on a slim steel column that rises from a flat round base, with a ring footrest circling the column at a comfortable height. A rounded rectangular back pad, carried on a single slender metal support, gives just enough support without visually closing off the bar.
Finished in a warm metallic tone with dark upholstery, it looks right at home in a steakhouse bar or hotel lobby lounge; in a bright powder coat and fabric it turns playful and modern. Optional wood detailing is offered in ash, oak or walnut. The Alessa comes in bar, counter and ADA heights and belongs to our Steakhouse and Alpine Lodge collections.
The Alessa's steel frame is welded, not bolted, and its swivel returns to its home position so bar lines stay neat. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment.
