Aft Chair

The Aft Chair is a modern lounge chair with a crafted, Scandinavian character. A solid wood frame is exposed at the base, where long side rails and short legs form a low, sled-like support beneath the upholstered body. Wide, square arms, a thick seat cushion and a loose back cushion give it a relaxed, generous presence while keeping the lines clean and tailored.

At 32" wide and 33" deep, it is a true lounge seat for hotel lobbies, lounges, guest suites and clubhouses. Use it in pairs across a cocktail table or combine it with the Aft 2-Seater and 3-Seater Sofas for a full lounge group. Choose a hardwood frame and finish, then upholster in leather, fabric or COM.

Built for commercial use

The Aft's solid wood frame uses mortise-and-tenon joinery with very few bolted connections. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment. Each chair comes standard with heavy-duty nail-on nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.
