Amelia Lounge Chair

The Amelia Lounge Chair brings the angled frame and woven cane of the Amelia family down to a low, relaxed lounge height. A reclined cane back panel set in a solid wood frame leans over a caned seat, while wide, flat wood arms and compass-style legs, angled into a bold inverted V in profile, give the chair its architectural, mid-century character.

Shown in a light natural wood with natural cane, the Amelia Lounge Chair feels airy, warm and handcrafted. It is well suited to hotel lobbies, lounges, guest rooms and reception areas, and it pairs beautifully with the Amelia Arm Chair and Amelia Side Chair in adjoining dining spaces, carrying one design language from the lobby to the restaurant.

Built for commercial use

The Amelia Lounge Chair is built with mortise-and-tenon joinery and very few bolted connections. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and it ships fully assembled from the factory. It carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty from shipment. Each lounge chair comes standard with heavy-duty nail-on nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.
