Buford Stool

The Buford Stool is a bar-height stool with a tall, squared-off back and the tailored look of a classic dining chair raised to the bar. A solid European beech frame outlines the back, with an upholstered panel set inside it, and a cushioned seat sits on four straight legs tied together with stretchers on every side.

The proportions are generous for a bar stool: a 17.75" wide seat and a 42" overall height give guests real back support through a long evening at the bar. Pair the beech in one of nine stains with faux leather from our Classic, Jackson or Glaze lines, or send your own material. Because it is part of our quick ship program, the Buford is a practical choice when a bar refresh or opening date is close.

Built for commercial use

The Buford uses mortise-and-tenon wood construction with very few bolted connections, so joints stay tight under daily use. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year warranty on finish and upholstery from shipment.

Finishes and upholstery

Wood (Wood Option E – Stain): walnut, tobacco, select cherry, rustic oak, natural, maple, mahogany, light cherry and ebony.

Faux leather (Faux Leather Option C): a wide range of Classic, Jackson and Glaze series faux leathers in neutrals, earth tones and saturated colors.

COM: customer's own material is accepted (minimums may apply), and we will give you the yardage.

This item is in stock in our quick ship program and ships within 2–3 days of order and payment, nationwide. Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample stools are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
