Why the weight matters

At 15 lbs one person can reset a whole patio or clear a floor for an event without a second pair of hands, which is the practical argument for this table over a stone-topped equivalent. The same lightness is a consideration outdoors: on a rooftop or a waterfront terrace, wind moves light tables long before it moves chairs, so plan on weighting or bolting down anything in an exposed position.

Sizing a room
