Buford Side Chair

The Buford Side Chair is a comfortable, fully upholstered dining chair with a classic wood-framed look. A padded back panel is set within a solid European beech frame that rises to a softly curved top rail, and a matching padded seat sits over tapered legs joined by side and rear stretchers. The exposed wood frame around the upholstery gives it a crisp, tailored outline.

With an upholstered seat and back, the Buford is well suited to longer meals in hotel restaurants, banquet rooms and club dining rooms. The beech frame comes in natural or walnut stain, and the upholstery is offered in our Classic, Jackson and Glaze faux leathers or COM. It is in our quick ship program for projects on a tight schedule.

Built for commercial use

The Buford is built from solid European beech with mortise-and-tenon joinery and very few bolted connections. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is backed by a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment.

Finishes and upholstery

Wood stain (Wood Option E, Natural and Walnut only): natural or walnut.

Faux leather (Faux Leather Option C): a large palette from our Classic, Jackson and Glaze faux leather series.

COM/COL: accepted (minimums may apply).

This item is in stock in our quick ship program and ships within 2–3 days of order and payment, nationwide. Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample chairs are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
