Trofa Chair

The Trofa Chair is an outdoor dining arm chair from our Al Fresco collection, built around a powder coated cast aluminum frame and a back of woven rope. The rope wraps the rounded back and arms in a soft, tailored weave, while slender legs keep the silhouette light. An upholstered seat cushion and a loose back pillow make it feel more like a lounge piece than a typical patio chair.

Choose woven rope in white, black, grey or taupe and pair it with outdoor-grade cushion fabrics to match a rooftop, pool deck or garden terrace. Optional quick dry foam lets the cushions shed water and dry quickly after rain or a morning wash-down. The Trofa coordinates easily with other Al Fresco pieces, so you can carry the same relaxed, resort look across dining and lounge areas.

Built for commercial use

The aluminum frame is welded, not bolted, and finished for outdoor service; Al Fresco outdoor products are UV-resistant for year-round outdoor use. The Trofa is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries our 3-year frame structural warranty and 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment.

Finishes and upholstery

Frame (Metal Finish Option D): smooth and textured powder coats including white, taupe gray, mink brown, medium gray, brown caramel, black satin, black and anthracite bronze.

Rope: woven rope in white, black, grey or taupe.

Cushions (Fabric Option C): Sunbrella and other outdoor-grade fabrics.

For commercial use we recommend specifying upholstery rated 75,000–100,000 double rubs; our double rubs guide explains why. COM and COL are accepted, and we will give you the yardage.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample chairs are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
