Zag Stool

The Zag Stool brings the clean lines of the Zag family to bar and counter height. A slender powder coated steel sled frame rises to support a fully upholstered seat and back, with the tubing looping forward at each side to form a slim arm detail and a built-in foot rail across the base. The upholstered shell has a softly squared profile, shown here in a light grey fabric that keeps the look quiet and modern.

Because the seat and back are fully upholstered, the Zag Stool is comfortable for long stays at hotel bars, high-top tables and kitchen-style counters, and its open frame keeps a run of stools from feeling heavy. It is stocked in a black base with Lead Grey or Pewter Grey fabric and coordinates with the Zag Chair and Zag Lounge Chair.

Built for commercial use

The steel frame is welded, not bolted, for long-term stability at the bar. The Zag Stool is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries our 3-year frame structural warranty and 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment. Each stool comes standard with heavy-duty nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Lead times and ordering

This item is in stock in our quick ship program and ships within 2–3 days of order and payment, nationwide. Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample stools are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
