The American Black Walnut Planked Top with Live Edge Detail is a 2" thick solid walnut table top built from wide planks, with a natural-looking live edge detail along the long sides and a heavy-duty commercial-grade polyurethane finish. Where butcher block uses many narrow strips, planked construction shows off broad stretches of walnut grain, and the shaped live edge detail gives every table the organic look of a natural slab.

The top has a rustic, substantial look that suits steakhouses, mountain lodges, wineries and restaurants that want warmth and natural character. Because it is made from solid walnut, the grain varies naturally from top to top. It is offered in a wide range of square, rectangular and round sizes, including long 96" tables for communal dining, is part of our quick ship program, and pairs with any of our table bases, sold separately. It is intended for indoor use.

Built for commercial use

The thick solid walnut planks make a heavy, stable top for daily restaurant use, and the heavy-duty commercial-grade polyurethane finish protects the surface from spills and everyday wear. Tops and bases ship separately, and the customer attaches them with the hardware provided. The top is not recommended for outdoor use. It carries a 3-year structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty from shipment.
