Amelia Stool with Arms

The Amelia Stool with Arms carries the Amelia family's angled frame and woven cane up to bar and counter height. A cane back panel set in a solid wood frame rises above a caned seat, flat wood arms reach forward from the back posts, and the long legs angle into the family's signature compass shape. A low stretcher doubles as a footrest.

Shown with a black frame and natural cane, it gives a bar or counter a strong, graphic, mid-century line, while a natural or walnut finish feels warmer. The arms and back make it an especially comfortable choice for hotel bars, wine bars and restaurant counters where guests linger over a full meal. It coordinates with the Amelia Side Chair and Amelia Arm Chair, and an upholstered version is also available.

Built for commercial use

The Amelia Stool with Arms is built with mortise-and-tenon joinery and very few bolted connections. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and it ships fully assembled from the factory. It carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty from shipment. Each stool comes standard with heavy-duty nail-on nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Wood (Wood Option A): natural and stained ash (including antiqued ash, medium brown, chestnut brown and brushed antique cherry), oak, European beech, American walnut and teak (unfinished or oiled).
