Danen 3-Seater Sofa

The Danen 3-Seater Sofa stretches the clean, mid-century Danen design to a full 90" length. Three button-tufted back cushions sit above three seat cushions, framed by square track arms and carried on a slim solid wood plinth base with short, squared legs. The long, low silhouette gives a lobby or lounge a strong horizontal anchor.

It is a confident centerpiece for larger seating groups, with enough length for three guests side by side and an exposed wood base that ties into wood tables and millwork. Pair it with the Danen 2-Seater Sofa and Danen Lounge Chair to furnish an entire lobby or club room with one consistent look, upholstered in leather for a classic club feel or fabric for a softer tone.

Built for commercial use

The Danen is built on a solid wood frame using mortise-and-tenon joinery with very few bolted connections. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment.

Finishes and upholstery

Wood (Wood Option B): North American ash, European beech, black painted ash (open pore), beechwood with walnut stain, ashwood with light or dark walnut stain, American white oak and American walnut.

Leather (Leather Option A): a wide range of standard, deluxe and premium leathers, from clean neutrals such as onyx, ivory and pewter to cognac, toffee, hunter green and a family of distressed finishes like whiskey, bourbon and hickory.

Fabric (Fabric Option A): an extensive library of commercial fabrics and tweeds in grays, browns, blues, greens, reds and brighter accent colors, with many selections rated from 72,000 to 130,000 double rubs.

COM: customer's own material is accepted.

For commercial seating we recommend specifying upholstery rated 75,000–100,000 double rubs; our upholstery double rubs guide explains why. COM and COL are welcome, and we will give you the yardage required.

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request.
