Gramercy Lounge Chair

The Gramercy Lounge Chair is a refined, mid-century inspired lounge chair with a solid wood frame and loose-cushion comfort. Slim wood arms run straight back from the front legs, leaving the sides open and airy, and a thick upholstered seat and back cushion sit within the frame. Brushed brass or black metal detailing adds a subtle, jewelry-like accent to the wood.

Compact enough at 26.75" wide to group in pairs or around a coffee table, the Gramercy brings a tailored, residential warmth to hotel lobbies, lounges, casino VIP areas and steakhouse bars. It coordinates with the Gramercy Side Chair, so lounge and dining areas can share the same design language, and it appears across several of our collections.

Built for commercial use

Like almost all of our wood products, the Gramercy is built with mortise-and-tenon joinery and very few bolted connections. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is backed by our 3-year frame structural warranty and 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment.

Finishes and upholstery

Wood (Wood Option B): North American ash, European beech, black painted ash (open pore), beechwood with walnut stain, ashwood with light walnut stain, ashwood with dark walnut stain, American white oak and American walnut.

Metal detail: brushed brass or black.

Upholstery: Leather Option A (a wide range of standard, deluxe and premium leathers), Faux Leather Option B (standard and deluxe faux leathers), Fabric Option A (commercial fabrics, tweeds and textures in many colors), or COM. Send us your COM selection and we will give you the yardage.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request.
