York Stool

The York Stool is a steel-frame bar and counter stool with a solid wood seat and a veneer seat back. Slim tubular steel legs rise to a squared seat, with a footrest and stretchers bracing the base, and the curved veneer back sits on two steel uprights. It has the straightforward, durable look of a classic schoolhouse stool, refined with warm wood.

Shown with a gray steel frame and natural wood, the York brings a clean, practical character to cafes, breweries, food halls and restaurant counters. Specify the frame in black, gunmetal or brass-toned finishes for a more polished look, or in a bright powder coat for a playful one, and pair it with oak, ash, beech, walnut or teak. It is offered at bar and counter height, so one style can serve the whole space.
