Elliott Stool with Upholstered Seat

The Elliott Stool with Upholstered Seat brings the lean steel-and-wood Elliott look up to bar height. Four slim steel legs, joined by a low ring of footrest bars, carry a padded upholstered seat, and two thin steel uprights support a curved solid wood back panel. The open, graphic frame keeps a long bar run looking light, while the cushioned seat makes it comfortable for longer stays.

The frame can be powder coated in a standard or custom color, such as the soft aqua shown in the product photo, and the back comes in oak, ash, walnut, beech or teak. Upholstery options run from velvets and performance fabrics to leather and faux leather. It coordinates with the Elliott chairs and the wood-seat Elliot Bar Stool.

Built for commercial use

The steel frame is welded, not bolted, so it stays rigid under heavy daily use. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. The stool ships fully assembled from the factory and is covered by our 3-year frame structural warranty and 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment.

Finishes and upholstery

Metal (Metal Option A): a wide range of powder coats, from our Color Finish Series (matte or gloss black, white, charcoal, reds, blues, greens, yellows and more) to Metal Finish Series options like matte gunmetal and brushed galvanized, and Premium Finishes such as dark bronze, rust patina, brushed copper and antique brass. Custom powder coat colors are also available.

Wood (Wood Option A): teak (unfinished or oiled), oak, medium brown stained ash, European beech, chestnut brown ash, brushed antique cherry ash, natural ash, antiqued ash and American walnut.

Faux leather (Faux Leather Option A): a wide range of standard and deluxe faux leathers, including vintage and pebbled finishes in browns, greens, blues, grays and black.

Leather (Leather Option B): pebbled black, copper, pebbled lead, pebbled battleship, ash grey and vintage umber brown.

Fabric (Fabric Option B): velvets in rich colors plus Fighter (130,000 double rubs) and Medley (100,000 double rubs) performance fabrics. COM is accepted (minimums may apply).

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample stools are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
