Pole 2.0 Bench

The Pole 2.0 Bench is a sleek, modernist bench with a long, tailored profile. A thick upholstered cushion, detailed with a neat grid of tufted panels, rests on a solid wood frame that is lifted on slim polished stainless steel legs. The combination of buttoned leather, warm wood and bright metal gives the bench a gallery-like elegance that suits lobbies and lounges.

At 78" wide, the Pole 2.0 2.0 is a generous length for long lobby walls, galleries and corridors, and makes an elegant waiting bench in reception areas and restaurant entries. Built for commercial use

The Pole's solid wood frame is built with mortise-and-tenon joinery and very few bolted connections, like almost all of our wood products. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries our 3-year frame structural warranty and 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment.

A backless bench reads well along a wall, at the foot of a window or between columns. Leave clear circulation on both sides so guests can approach from either direction. Our seating layout guide has more on planning lounge areas.

Finishes and upholstery

Wood (Wood Option B): North American ash, European beech, black painted ash (open pore), beechwood with walnut stain, ashwood with light walnut stain, ashwood with dark walnut stain, American white oak and American walnut.

Leather (Leather Option A): a wide range of standard, deluxe and premium leathers, from classic blacks and browns to cognacs, greens and distressed finishes.

COL: customer's own leather is accepted.

For commercial use we recommend upholstery rated at 75,000 to 100,000 double rubs. COM and COL are accepted, and we will provide the yardage for your material. Our upholstery double rubs guide explains the ratings.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request.
