Spezzano Chair

The Spezzano Chair is a solid teak arm chair from our Al Fresco collection, pairing a clean, tailored frame with a hand-woven look. Straight teak legs and arms frame a seat and tall back woven in twisted hyacinth polystrap, set in an open crosshatch pattern that lets light through and gives the chair a crafted, resort feel. The contrast between the solid frame and the woven panels is the heart of the design.

The teak frame comes in black, natural or walnut brown, and the woven seat and back come in black or natural, so you can go crisp and graphic or soft and organic. Black and natural frames are suited to outdoor use, while the walnut brown finish is for indoor use only. Its upright posture and arms make it a comfortable dining chair for terraces, patios and indoor-outdoor restaurants.

Built for commercial use

The Spezzano Chair is built from solid teak, which is rated for outdoor use, and like almost all of our wood seating it relies on mortise-and-tenon joinery with very few bolted connections. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is backed by a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty from shipment. Specify the black or natural frame finish for outdoor installations. Each chair comes standard with heavy-duty nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample chairs are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
