Seville Chair

The Seville Chair is an Al Fresco side chair that pairs a welded steel frame with a mesh back and an upholstered seat. The mesh back curves around from side to side in a soft shell shape, sheer enough to look almost transparent, while four slim tapered legs keep the chair light and modern.

The upholstered seat, available with optional quick dry foam, adds comfort that a typical outdoor chair lacks, and the breathable mesh back stays cool in the sun. In a light frame finish it feels fresh and coastal; in black or anthracite bronze it becomes sleek and architectural. It is well suited to terraces, rooftops and pool decks where guests linger over a meal.

Built for commercial use

The steel frame is welded rather than bolted. The Seville is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. Al Fresco products are UV-resistant for year-round outdoor use, and quick dry foam helps the seat recover quickly after rain. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment.

Finishes and upholstery

Metal (Metal Option D): White, taupe gray, black and anthracite bronze in textured finishes, plus smooth finishes including white, mink brown, medium gray, brown caramel and black satin.

Outdoor fabric (Fabric Option C): A curated selection of performance outdoor fabrics, including Sunbrella, Aprohdite and Cartenza colors.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample chairs are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
