Madera Arm Chair

The Madera Arm Chair is part of our Al Fresco line, built for outdoor dining with a powder-coated cast aluminum frame. A rounded, upholstered back curves around the sitter like a tub chair and flows into slim open arms, while a cushioned seat sits over four straight legs. The look is soft and tailored, closer to an indoor dining chair than typical patio furniture.

With a 19.75" x 17" seat and arms at 25", it is comfortable for long meals outdoors. The upholstery comes in Sunbrella and other outdoor-grade fabrics, and quick dry foam is available as an option so cushions recover quickly after rain. Choose from textured or smooth outdoor powder coats for the frame.

Built for commercial use

Al Fresco products are UV-resistant for year-round outdoor use, and the aluminum frame will not rust. The Madera is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment. Each chair comes standard with heavy-duty nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Finishes and upholstery

Metal (Metal Option D): outdoor powder coats in textured white, taupe gray, black and anthracite bronze, or smooth white, Prima 2 white, mink brown, medium gray 952, brown caramel and black satin.

Fabric (Fabric Option C): Sunbrella and other outdoor-grade fabrics in a selection of colors. Quick dry foam is available as an option for outdoor seating.

For commercial use we recommend specifying upholstery rated 75,000–100,000 double rubs. COM and COL are accepted (minimums may apply), and we will provide the yardage. Our upholstery double rubs guide explains the ratings.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample chairs are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
