Marina Chair

The Marina Chair is an outdoor arm chair from our Al Fresco line, built on a powder-coated cast aluminum frame with a woven rope back. The back and arms form one continuous, rounded barrel that wraps around the seat, and the open weave keeps the silhouette light even in a dark finish. Slim, slightly splayed legs lift the shell and give it a tailored stance on a pool deck or terrace.

An upholstered seat cushion sits deep inside the shell, with optional quick dry foam for areas exposed to rain and sprinklers. The rope comes in white, black, grey or taupe, so the chair can read crisp and modern or soft and coastal depending on the frame finish you choose. Pair it with outdoor dining tables for patios, rooftop restaurants and resort pool bars where guests linger.

Built for commercial use

The Marina is made for daily commercial service. Our metal frames are welded rather than bolted, the chair is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and the foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. As part of our Al Fresco line it is UV-resistant for year-round outdoor use. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is covered by our 3-year frame structural warranty and 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment. Each chair comes standard with heavy-duty nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Finishes and upholstery

Frame (Metal Finish Option D): smooth and textured powder coats, including white, taupe gray, mink brown, medium gray, brown caramel, black satin, black and anthracite bronze.

Seat cushion (Fabric Option C): a selection of Sunbrella fabrics along with the Aprohdite and Cartenza fabric ranges.

Woven rope: white, black, grey or taupe.

For commercial upholstery we recommend specifying fabrics rated 75,000–100,000 double rubs; our upholstery double rubs guide explains why. COM and COL are accepted, and we will give you the yardage for your selection.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample chairs are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
