Ronin Task Chair

The Ronin Task Chair is an armless, rolling version of the channel-stitched Ronin Chair. Wide horizontal channels run across the upholstered back, and the shell curves gently around the sitter for comfort through a long workday. It rises from a single column on a five-star caster base, with an optional swivel seat.

Shown in a deep blue upholstery on a brushed brass base, the Ronin Task Chair brings hospitality style to desks, reception counters and meeting rooms. The base is available in polished stainless steel, brushed brass, brushed copper or black powder coat, and the shell can be upholstered in leather, faux leather, fabric or your own material. It coordinates with the Ronin Task Arm Chair and the Ronin Chair.

Built for commercial use

The Ronin Task Chair has a welded steel base rather than a bolted one, so it stays steady and solid in daily use. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment.

Finishes and upholstery

Base: polished stainless steel, brushed brass, brushed copper or black powder coat.

Leather (Leather Option A): a wide range of standard, deluxe and premium leathers, including distressed and richly colored hides.

Faux leather (Faux Leather Option B): a wide range of standard and deluxe faux leathers in neutrals, browns, blues, greens and glazed finishes.

Fabric (Fabric Option A): a broad selection of commercial fabrics, tweeds and performance weaves, many rated from 72,000 to 130,000 double rubs.

COM: customer's own material is accepted (minimums apply).

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample chairs are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
