Bristol Chair

The Bristol Chair is an outdoor dining arm chair from our Al Fresco line, built on a powder-coated cast aluminum frame and wrapped in woven outdoor fabric. The back and arms are woven in a deep, quilted diamond pattern that gives the chair a soft, tailored look more often seen indoors, and the frame stands on slim, slightly splayed legs. A seat cushion, with optional quick dry foam, adds comfort for long outdoor meals.

The woven fabric comes in heathered wheat, taupe or charcoal, the cushion can be specified in Sunbrella and other outdoor fabrics, and the aluminum frame is offered in a range of textured and smooth powder coat colors. The Bristol brings a refined, lounge-like feel to terraces, rooftops and pool-side restaurants.

Built for commercial use

The Bristol's aluminum frame is built for outdoor service, and Al Fresco products are UV-resistant for year-round outdoor use. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is backed by a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment. Each chair comes standard with heavy-duty nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Finishes and upholstery

Woven fabric (Fabric Option E): heathered wheat, heathered taupe and heathered charcoal.

Cushion fabric (Fabric Option C): Sunbrella and other outdoor performance fabrics.

Metal (Metal Option D): white (textured or smooth), taupe gray textured, Prima 2 white, mink brown, medium gray, brown caramel, black satin, black textured and anthracite bronze textured.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample chairs are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
