Ashley Chair with Wood Seat

The Ashley Chair with Wood Seat is a classic schoolhouse-style dining chair made entirely of solid European beech. Five vertical slats rise to a gently curved, shaped top rail framed by tall rear posts, and stretchers tie the legs together on every side. The solid wood seat keeps the chair easy to clean and gives it a traditional, all-wood look.

It is a durable, familiar chair for busy dining rooms: pubs, diners, family restaurants, cafes and hotel breakfast rooms. Shown in a deep mahogany-toned stain, it is offered in a range of wood stains from natural and maple to walnut and ebony. It is in stock in our quick ship program, and an upholstered seat version is also available.

Built for commercial use

The frame is solid European beech with mortise-and-tenon joinery and very few bolted connections, so it stays tight through years of daily service. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is covered by our 3-year frame structural warranty and 1-year finish warranty from shipment.
