La Mer Side Chair

The La Mer Side Chair is a classic French bistro chair made for outdoor service. A tall oval back and a round seat are woven in a cream faux wicker with a contrasting checked pattern, framed in aluminum that is powder coated with a faux wood grain to resemble bentwood bamboo. Slender, gently splayed legs and a curved back frame give it the graceful look of a Paris sidewalk cafe.

Because it is aluminum and faux wicker, it holds up to sun and weather far better than real rattan or bentwood. It is armless and compact for tight cafe layouts, it stacks for storage, and it pairs with the La Mer Arm Chair for a mixed setting. It is in stock in our quick ship program.

Built for commercial use

The La Mer has a welded aluminum frame, not bolted, finished in a wood grain powder coat, with a faux wicker seat and back for outdoor use. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is covered by our 3-year frame structural warranty and 1-year finish warranty, from shipment. The chair stacks for compact storage. Ganging hardware may be available depending on the chair. We do not stock stacking carts, but they can be custom made on request.
