Transit Stool

The Transit Stool brings the Transit Chair's steel rod and wood veneer design to bar and counter height. A powder coated steel frame with a sled-style base supports a gently contoured wood veneer seat, and a low back rises just above it to give guests a place to rest against. A rod foot rest runs between the legs for comfort.

Light, modern and easy to clean, the Transit Stool works along cafe counters, bar rails and coffee bars. It stacks for storage, is in stock in our quick ship program, and coordinates with the Transit Chair and Transit Café Table.

Built for commercial use

The Transit Stool's steel frame is welded, not bolted, for lasting rigidity. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards. It stacks for storage, and ganging hardware may be available depending on the chair. We do not stock stacking carts, but they can be custom made on request. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty from shipment. Each stool comes standard with heavy-duty nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.
