Dayton 2-Seater Sofa

The Dayton 2-Seater Sofa is a modernist classic in form: thick, squared cushions held inside an exposed cage of polished stainless steel tubing. The steel frame wraps the outside of the arms and back like a gleaming outline, while the deep seat and back cushions stay perfectly square and tailored. It reads as precise, architectural and unmistakably modern.

Inside, a solid wood frame supports the upholstery, and the polished stainless steel base and detailing give the piece its signature crisp edge. The Dayton loveseat seats two comfortably and works beautifully in leather for a gallery-like lobby or in fabric for a softer lounge. Built for commercial use

The Dayton combines a solid wood frame with a polished stainless steel base, and its metal components are welded rather than bolted. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment.

Finishes and upholstery

Leather (Leather Option A): a wide range of standard, deluxe and premium leathers, from clean neutrals such as onyx, ivory and pewter to cognac, toffee, hunter green and a family of distressed finishes like whiskey, bourbon and hickory.

Fabric (Fabric Option A): an extensive library of commercial fabrics and tweeds in grays, browns, blues, greens, reds and brighter accent colors, with many selections rated from 72,000 to 130,000 double rubs.

COM: customer's own material is accepted.

For commercial seating we recommend specifying upholstery rated 75,000–100,000 double rubs; our upholstery double rubs guide explains why. COM and COL are welcome, and we will give you the yardage required.

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request.
