Dayton Lounge Chair

The Dayton Lounge Chair is a compact, cube-like club chair defined by its exposed polished stainless steel frame. Thick, squared cushions form the seat, back and arms, and a slim tubular steel cage wraps around the outside, outlining the chair's geometry and lifting it on four slender legs. The look is crisp, architectural and modern.

Beneath the upholstery is a solid wood frame, so the chair feels solid and substantial despite its clean lines. The 35.5" width offers a roomy seat, and the shallow 27" depth keeps it efficient in a floor plan. Use a pair across from the Dayton 2-Seater Sofa or Dayton 3-Seater Sofa, or on their own in a reception area or hotel suite, in leather or fabric.

Built for commercial use

The Dayton combines a solid wood frame with a polished stainless steel base, and its metal components are welded rather than bolted. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment. Each lounge chair comes standard with heavy-duty nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Finishes and upholstery

Leather (Leather Option A): a wide range of standard, deluxe and premium leathers, from clean neutrals such as onyx, ivory and pewter to cognac, toffee, hunter green and a family of distressed finishes like whiskey, bourbon and hickory.

Fabric (Fabric Option A): an extensive library of commercial fabrics and tweeds in grays, browns, blues, greens, reds and brighter accent colors, with many selections rated from 72,000 to 130,000 double rubs.

COM: customer's own material is accepted.

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request.
