Reese Stool

The Reese Stool brings the schoolhouse-inspired look of the Reese Chair to bar and counter height. A slim tubular steel frame rises into two straight back posts that hold a curved wood veneer backrest with a cut-out handhold, and the contoured veneer seat sits on top of the frame. Rails between the legs act as a foot rest and brace the frame at the same time.

Shown with a warm medium-brown veneer on a gray steel frame, the Reese Stool has an easygoing, industrial character that works along bar tops, kitchen counters and communal high tables. Choose from eight veneers and a broad palette of powder coat colors, or match a custom color, and pair it with the Reese Chair for a consistent look throughout the room.

Built for commercial use

The Reese Stool has a welded steel frame rather than a bolted one, so it stays rigid through constant use at the bar. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty from shipment. Each stool comes standard with heavy-duty nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Finishes and upholstery

Wood veneer (Wood Option C - Veneer): white oak, walnut, red oak, oak, black oak, antiqued willow, antiqued rubber and antiqued maple.

Metal (Metal Finish A): a broad palette of powder coat colors from the Color Finish Series, metal finishes such as matte gunmetal and brushed galvanized, and premium finishes including antique brass, brushed copper, dark bronze and rust patina. Custom powder coat colors are also available.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample stools are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
