Sprint Grand Stool with Upholstered Seat

The Sprint Grand Stool with Upholstered Seat brings a cushioned seat to the Sprint Grand bar and counter stool. A slim steel frame on four straight legs is braced by a perimeter footrest, and it carries an upholstered seat and a curved wood veneer back. The look stays clean and schoolhouse-simple, with the seat adding comfort and a place for color or leather.

It is a comfortable choice for bars and counters where guests stay a while, and it coordinates with the upholstered Sprint Grand side and arm chairs for a consistent look throughout a restaurant or hotel. It comes in bar and counter heights and is part of our Coastal & Rooftop Collection.

Built for commercial use

The Sprint Grand Stool with Upholstered Seat has a steel frame that is welded, not bolted, so it stays rigid through constant daily use. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and the foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is backed by a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment. Each stool comes standard with heavy-duty nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Finishes and upholstery

Wood veneer (Wood Option D): American ash, black painted ash, American white oak and American walnut.

Metal frame (Metal Finish B): powder coat in matte white, matte warm gray, matte silver gray, matte orange, matte dark gray (sand finish), matte black, dark gray and army green.

Leather (Leather Option A): a wide range of standard, deluxe and premium leathers, from classic onyx, ivory and chestnut to richer and distressed tones such as cognac, bourbon, emerald and harbor blue.

Faux leather (Faux Leather Option B): standard and deluxe faux leathers in a broad palette of neutrals, browns, greens and blues, including vintage and glazed finishes.

Fabric (Fabric Option A): a broad range of wovens, tweeds and textured fabrics in neutrals and color, many rated from 72,000 to 130,000 double rubs.

For commercial use, specify fabrics rated 75,000–100,000 double rubs. COM and COL are accepted (minimums may apply), and we will give you the yardage. Our upholstery double rubs guide explains the ratings.
