Blok 2-Seater Sofa

The Blok 2-Seater Sofa is a crisp, architectural loveseat built from simple, generous forms. The arms rise to the same height as the back, wrapping the seat in a continuous upholstered block, while a band of wood runs along the base and frames the cushions from below. Short, dark legs lift the whole piece just off the floor, so it reads as low, solid and calm in a lobby or lounge.

The solid wood frame is offered in our American walnut, white oak, ash and European beech finishes, and the upholstery can be leather, faux leather, fabric or COM. Its clean geometry works in mid-century, modern and lodge interiors alike. The Blok family also includes the Blok Chair and the Blok 3-Seater Sofa.

Built for commercial use

The Blok is built on a solid wood frame with mortise-and-tenon joinery and very few bolted connections. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is backed by a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment.

Finishes and upholstery

Wood (Wood Option B): North American ash, European beech, black painted ash (open pore), beechwood with walnut stain, ashwood with light or dark walnut stain, American white oak and American walnut.

Leather (Leather Option A): a wide range of standard, deluxe and premium leathers, including distressed premium hides.

Faux leather (Faux Leather Option B): a broad palette of standard and deluxe faux leathers.

Fabric (Fabric Option A): a wide selection of commercial fabrics and tweeds in neutrals and saturated colors.

COM/COL: accepted (minimums apply).

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request.
