Stark Lounge Chair

The Stark Lounge Chair is a low, compact lounge seat built on a polished stainless steel frame. Slim tubular steel outlines the whole chair, and a sling-style seat and back hang within it, so the piece reads as light and open from every angle. It is a design rooted in European modernism, and it brings that crisp, gallery-like character to a hotel lobby, a lounge corner or a reception area.

Choose natural cowhide for an unmistakable, one-of-a-kind look, where every chair carries its own pattern, or black or white faux leather for a cleaner, more uniform finish. At 24" wide with a 15" seat height, the Stark sits lower and more relaxed than a dining chair while staying small enough to group in pairs around a cocktail table or line along a window. It works well alongside sofas and larger lounge pieces when a space needs a lighter accent.

Built for commercial use

The steel frame is welded rather than bolted, tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards. Foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. The chair ships fully assembled from the factory and is backed by a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment. Each lounge chair comes standard with heavy-duty nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request.
