Cube Lounge Chair

The Cube Lounge Chair is a compact club chair made from a grid of square tufted panels. The back, arms and front are each divided into neat upholstered cubes, and the arms rise flush with the back, giving the chair a solid, squared-off silhouette that sits on short block feet.

Shown in black leather, it has a strong, early-modernist character that adds structure and a touch of drama to a lobby, bar lounge or private club. Used in pairs, it makes a crisp conversation group; alongside the Cube 2-Seater Sofa or Cube 3-Seater Sofa, it completes a matched set.

Built for commercial use

The Cube Lounge Chair is built on a solid wood frame, tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment.

Finishes and upholstery

Leather (Leather Option A): a wide range of standard, deluxe and premium leathers, including distressed premium leathers, in neutrals, browns, blues, greens and reds.

Fabric (Fabric Option A): a broad selection of commercial fabrics and tweeds in neutrals and saturated colors, many rated 72,000 to 130,000 double rubs. COM is accepted.

For commercial seating we recommend upholstery rated at 75,000 to 100,000 double rubs. COM and COL are accepted, and we will provide the yardage for your fabric or leather. Our upholstery double rubs guide explains the ratings.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Designform Furnishings is a commercial wholesaler: we sell to businesses, designers, purchasing firms and the public for commercial projects, not for residential or personal use. We ship worldwide.
