Floyd Arm Chair with Upholstered Seat

The Floyd Arm Chair with Upholstered Seat pairs the Floyd's slim steel frame and curved wood veneer back with a cushioned seat pad for longer, more comfortable sittings. The dark powder-coated frame runs from the legs up through continuous arms, while the warm veneer back and soft seat keep the chair approachable and easy to live with.

It is a smart pick when you want the clean, schoolhouse-inspired look of the Floyd family with a little more comfort, such as in hotel restaurants, private dining rooms and club grills where guests linger. The upholstered seat can be specified in leather, faux leather, fabric or customer's own material, so the chair can tie into a room's palette. Built for commercial use

The steel frame is welded, not bolted. The chair is tested to 400 lbs, tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory. The Floyd Arm Chair with Upholstered Seat stacks for storage. We do not stock stacking carts, but they can be custom made on request. Coverage includes a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment. Each chair comes standard with heavy-duty nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Metal (Metal Finish B): matte powder coats including white, warm gray, silver gray, orange, dark gray (sand finish), black and army green.

Wood veneer (Wood Option D): American ash, black painted ash, American white oak and American walnut.

Leather (Leather Option A): a wide range of standard, deluxe and premium leathers.

Faux leather (Faux Leather Option B): standard faux leathers in colors such as black, white, tan, wine, orange, light gray and taupe.

Fabric (Fabric Option A): a broad selection of commercial fabrics, tweeds and textures.

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request.
