The Lewis Stool is a backless steel stool with a round solid wood seat. Four tapered legs splay gently from beneath the seat and are tied together with stretchers that double as footrests, giving the stool a sturdy, classic industrial look. The wood seat adds warmth against the metal frame, whether it is finished in a crisp powder coat (shown in white) or a raw metal look.
Backless stools tuck fully under a bar or counter, keeping aisles clear and sightlines open, which makes the Lewis a practical choice for busy bars, counters and food halls. It comes in bar and counter heights and coordinates with the Lewis Side Chair and Lewis High Back Stool.
The Lewis has a welded steel frame rather than bolted connections. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is backed by a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment.
