The JP Stool takes the cane-back look of the JP Chair to bar and counter height. A rounded solid wood back frames a panel of woven cane, set on slim uprights above an upholstered seat, all carried on a welded steel frame with a perimeter foot rest. It is a light, open design that keeps a long bar run from feeling heavy.
Choose bar or counter height, powder coat the frame in one of our standard or premium metal finishes, pick a wood for the back and upholster the seat in fabric, faux leather, leather or COM. The mix of warm cane, wood and a crisp metal frame works in cafes, cocktail bars, hotel bars and restaurant counters, and pairs with the JP Chair in the dining room.
The metal frame is welded, not bolted, so there are no connections to work loose in a busy dining room. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and the foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is backed by a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment.
