The Tusk Stool with Rope Seat pairs the sculpted Tusk frame with a woven black rope seat for a bolder, more graphic take on the design. The curved top rail wraps around a low back and tapers into the rear legs, and the dark rope weave contrasts sharply against a walnut or light wood frame. A brushed stainless cover on the front foot rest protects the wood where it takes the most wear.
Available in bar and counter heights, the stool offers the comfort of a woven seat without upholstery to maintain. It slots naturally into the larger Tusk family, alongside the Tusk Stool, the Tusk Stool with Cord Seat and the Tusk Chair, so you can mix seat types across a project while keeping one consistent silhouette.
Like almost all of our wood seating, the Tusk is built with mortise-and-tenon joinery and very few bolted connections, made to break in over time and develop the patina of heirloom furniture. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries our 3-year frame structural warranty and 1-year finish warranty from shipment.
