Stringer Aluminum Stool

The Stringer Aluminum Stool is a clean, backless stool built from lightweight aluminum. Slim tubular legs rise to a square, gently dished seat, and footrest rails connect the legs at a comfortable height. The simple lines and bright finish, shown in white in the photo, give it a crisp, timeless look that fits modern cafés as easily as classic diners and waterfront bars.

The aluminum frame is light for staff to move and can be used outdoors as well as indoors, making it a practical choice for patio bars and rooftop counters. Being backless, it slides under a counter overhang to keep aisles clear. It comes in bar and counter heights, in powder coat colors from our Color Finish Series or a brushed anodized clear finish. Built for commercial use

The aluminum frame is welded rather than bolted, tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards. Aluminum is lightweight and can be used outdoors as well as indoors. It ships fully assembled and is backed by a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty from shipment. Each stool comes standard with heavy-duty nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Finishes and upholstery

Color Finish Series: powder coat colors in matte or gloss, including black, white, charcoal, red, orange, yellow, midnight blue, light blue, aqua, mint, green and olive green, plus shades like warm gray, shadow blue, peacock, seafoam, steel blue, bay green and brick red.

Brushed Anodized: a brushed, clear anodized aluminum finish for a bright, natural metal look.

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request.
