Werner Stool

The Werner Stool brings the Werner Chair's school-chair styling up to bar and counter height. A welded steel frame with angled legs supports a curved wood veneer seat and a floating veneer back panel set on two steel uprights. A steel footring wraps the legs low on the frame, giving guests a place to rest their feet and adding strength to the base.

The mix of powder-coated steel and warm veneer gives the Werner an approachable industrial look that suits brewery taprooms, coffee bars, food halls and casual restaurants. It is available at both bar and counter height, and it coordinates with the Werner Chair and the Werner Upholstered Stool for a matched look across dining, bar and counter areas. Frames can be finished in our standard metal options or a custom powder coat color.

Built for commercial use

The Werner Stool frame is welded steel rather than bolted, so it stays rigid in busy bars. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards. Each stool ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty from shipment. Each stool comes standard with heavy-duty nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Finishes and upholstery

Metal (Metal Option A): Color Finish Series powder coats in dozens of matte and gloss colors, from black, white and charcoal to brick red, seafoam, steel blue and sunflower; Metal Finish Series in matte gunmetal and brushed galvanized; and Premium Finishes including dark bronze, rust patina, matte red rust, brushed copper and antique brass.

Custom powder coat: custom frame colors are available on request.

Wood veneer (Wood Option C): white oak, walnut, red oak, oak, black oak, antiqued willow, antiqued rubber and antiqued maple.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample stools are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
