Glenwood Arm Chair

The Glenwood Arm Chair is a compact, modern dining arm chair with a solid wood frame and a crisp upholstered body. Slim, slightly tapered wood legs support the seat, and the upholstered back extends forward into low arms, giving the chair a clean, boxy silhouette with softly rounded edges. The contrast between warm wood and the tailored upholstery makes it easy to dress up or down.

At 23" wide with a 26.5" arm height, the Glenwood offers the comfort of an arm chair while still fitting neatly under most dining tables. It is a strong choice for hotel restaurants, private dining rooms, steakhouses and club dining, and it is part of our Steakhouse Collection. A matching Glenwood Side Chair is also available.

Built for commercial use

Like almost all of our wood seating, the Glenwood is built with mortise-and-tenon joinery and very few bolted connections. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is backed by our 3-year frame structural warranty and 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment. Each chair comes standard with heavy-duty nail-on nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Finishes and upholstery

Wood (Wood Option B): North American ash, European beech, black painted ash (open pore), beechwood with walnut stain, ashwood with light walnut stain, ashwood with dark walnut stain, American white oak and American walnut.

Upholstery: Leather Option A (a wide range of standard, deluxe and premium leathers), Faux Leather Option B (standard and deluxe faux leathers), Fabric Option A (commercial fabrics, tweeds and textures in many colors), or COM (minimums may apply). Send us your COM selection and we will give you the yardage.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample chairs are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
