Glenwood Side Chair

The Glenwood Side Chair is the armless companion to the Glenwood Arm Chair, with the same clean, modern lines and solid wood frame. A gently curved upholstered back flares slightly outward as it rises, and a generous upholstered seat sits on slim, tapered wood legs. Warm wood below and tailored upholstery above give it a balanced, understated look that suits both contemporary and classic rooms.

Its wide 20.75" x 17" seat and supportive back make it comfortable for full dinners, and it lines up neatly along banquettes and in private dining rooms. The Glenwood is part of our Steakhouse Collection and is a natural fit for hotel restaurants, clubs and upscale dining rooms.

Built for commercial use

Like almost all of our wood products, the Glenwood is built with mortise-and-tenon joinery and very few bolted connections. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is backed by our 3-year frame structural warranty and 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment.

Finishes and upholstery

Wood (Wood Option B): North American ash, European beech, black painted ash (open pore), beechwood with walnut stain, ashwood with light walnut stain, ashwood with dark walnut stain, American white oak and American walnut.

Upholstery: Leather Option A (a wide range of standard, deluxe and premium leathers), Faux Leather Option B (standard and deluxe faux leathers), Fabric Option A (commercial fabrics, tweeds and textures in many colors), or COM (minimums may apply). Send us your COM selection and we will give you the yardage.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample chairs are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
