Gordon Lounge Chair & Ottoman

The Gordon Lounge Chair & Ottoman is a generous, mid-century inspired wingback with a playful, sculptural presence. Tall wings flare out from a button-tufted back, broad upholstered arms curve forward and end in exposed wood tips, and the whole chair rests on splayed, tapered solid wood legs. It is paired with a matching ottoman for a complete reading or lounging setup.

At 43" tall and 33.5" wide, the Gordon is a true statement piece: deep, enveloping and made for lingering. It anchors hotel lobbies, suites, library lounges and private club rooms, and it looks equally striking in a textured fabric or a rich leather.

Built for commercial use

Like almost all of our wood products, the Gordon is built with mortise-and-tenon joinery and very few bolted connections. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and is backed by our 3-year frame structural warranty and 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment. Each lounge chair comes standard with heavy-duty nail-on nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Finishes and upholstery

Wood (Wood Option B): North American ash, European beech, black painted ash (open pore), beechwood with walnut stain, ashwood with light walnut stain, ashwood with dark walnut stain, American white oak and American walnut.

Upholstery: Leather Option A (a wide range of standard, deluxe and premium leathers), Fabric Option A (commercial fabrics, tweeds and textures in many colors), or COM. Send us your COM selection and we will give you the yardage.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request.
